Meet Bhaghtawar Singh Bhavra, Engineering Manager at Nextuple

Bhaghtawar currently leads the Order Orchestration track in Nextuple Fulfillment Studio and is instrumental in delivering various projects for strategic customers. With his positive mindset, clear communication skills and understanding the problem statement in detail, Bhaghtawar has helped us in the customer enlightenment leading to new business opportunities.

Introduction

Bhaghtawar, has around 10 years of experience in the retail domain and has spent the past two years working as an Engineering Manager at Nextuple. He has spent seven years working with Sterling OMS and has worked with multiple clients around the world. 

What do you at Nextuple

At Nextuple, I am responsible for leading a team of engineers in the development of innovative products in the retail domain. My role primarily involves ensuring that quality work is delivered on time, and making sure that projects align with the company's goals and objectives. With the chance to work on cutting-edge products at Nextuple, I continue to grow my expertise in the industry.

What is exciting about your work?

The constant stream of new challenges keeps me on my toes. Whether it's through client engagements or hands-on experience, I have the opportunity to continuously learn and develop my skills. The fast-paced work environment not only keeps me motivated, but also helps me stay engaged and invested in my work. Being part of a team that's working towards building a successful and sustainable organization gives me a deep sense of purpose and pride. 

What do you do for fun?

I am passionate about tech, I enjoy photography, and am fond of traveling.
